What we collect
What you type in the contact form, the site chat or a conversation with us: name, contact channel, company and your message. We do not ask for ID documents or payment data through the site.
What we use it for
Only to reply to you, prepare a proposal or diagnosis and follow up. We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who we share it with
With the providers that run the site and the chat (hosting, forms and AI models). Chat messages are processed by an AI provider to generate the reply.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
