What kind of businesses do you work with?
Companies and small businesses that repeat tasks by hand: shops, services, clinics, construction firms and public agencies too. If something is done the same way every week, it can probably be automated.
Do you also build chatbots?
Yes. Assistants for your website or WhatsApp that answer questions, take orders and book appointments, and hand over to a person when needed. The assistant on this page is an example.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. You tell us how you work today; we propose, build and train your team.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the process. After the diagnosis we give you a fixed setup price and, separately, the monthly maintenance cost and AI cost if the solution uses it.
What happens to my company’s data?
We agree in writing where it is hosted, what is stored and what is not. We use AI providers on plans whose terms exclude using your data to train models, and we follow Colombia’s data protection law (Ley 1581 of 2012).
What does maintenance include?
Hosting, backups, adjustments when your process changes, support for your team and security updates.
Are the software and the data mine?
Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time. Software ownership details are set in the contract.
